World of Warcraft Super-Easy Gold Secrets

Read On - I am going to reveal to you the Secrets I have been using to make a TON of Gold in WOW:

Saving money in World of Warcraft can be as difficult as saving money in the real world. I like to compare the auction house in Azeroth to a massive electronic shopping mall. There are product listings, product previews, last minute purchases, enticing offers, and in some cases, even pushy salesmen.

When I first started playing several years ago, my character was an Orc Rogue. Now I knew from my limited beta experience that Rogues were probably the best power leveling and grinding characters at that time. One could find a nice camp of easy to kill mobs and just chain kill them for experience and Gold, and because I was a Rogue, this would take no time at all.

I couldn't have been more wrong!

Even with the quick killing power of my rogue in (at the time) above average gear, I found myself barely able to make Gold at all. In fact, it took me until level 50 to be able to afford my basic level 40 mount! After talking to a few players running around with their mounts already at level 40, I found I was doing everything completely wrong. Keep in mind that this was just a few weeks after the game was released, so these tips apply to ALL NEW CHARACTERS, not just ones with high levels able to finance their adventuring. I really needed to find a way of being able to accumulate tons of gold easily and quickly.

So what was I doing wrong?

1. Not Looting Everything from My Corpses

So you've killed a few rats and you're growing weary of picking up ears, tails and livers. "What is all this junk filling up my bags?" you ask yourself. Then you proceed to delete all this "junk" from your packs to make room for all the epic loot you hope to find.

Sound familiar?

Most new players make this mistake. PICK UP EVERYTHING. Even if it looks like junk it might worth something to somebody. Do some research on the mobs you are killing at WoW Wiki or Thottbot.com and see if the mobs you are killing drop anything used in crafting. Even if they don't, keep it anyway.

Sell this junk to NPC vendors and it will begin to add up, little by little. In fact, with a little luck, you could make enough coin for your level 40 mount just using this trick through normal leveling.

2. Leveling Crafting Professions Too Early

This is the biggest "duh" World of Warcraft Gold Tip I discovered after a year or so of wasting money. Want to get started making Leather vests and Copper Mail Leggings Right from the get go?

Well, don't!

Sure the things you can make are better than what you will find from quests and mobs early on, but it's just not worth it. The Crafting professions will end up costing you more Gold then you can make from selling them. Why? Because people know that gear in the early levels is just not worth buying unless it's a super elite twink item, which you generally can't make from crafting anyway. Take up a coup of gathering professions, sell all your materials, then once you are rich and level 70, go back and level up your crafting skills to your heart's content.

3. Quests Make you Tons of Gold. Blizzard hates Gold Sellers

In their mind they are stealing their intellectual property and screwing up the in game economies at the same time. To combat this, Blizzard has implemented several changes to their system to allow players to accumulate more gold quickly. The most prominent of these changes has been the increase in Gold rewards from Quests. This is especially true at later levels and after you get to level 70.

What happens at 70 you ask? Well after level 70 every quest you complete rewards you Gold (lots of it) instead of experience. There are also new daily quests you can complete everyday for even more Gold.

You're probably asking yourself at this point: "Those tips are fine and dandy, Erik, but the Epic flying mount costs over 5000 Gold and I only have 5 gold. How do I get REALLY REALLY rich?"

OK OK, I get it. Well, I can tell you that there are a few Secret tips to World of Warcraft Gold that most people won't just outright tell you and that I don't really have room to describe here. The truth is, you're going to have invest a little money into your playing time. You'll want to avoid the scams for sure, but I can help you there.
